Incorrect information online, unhelpful staff, few showtimes. Would not recommend to anyone. We went to a 5:50 show they had on Fandango, and it simply did not exist at the theater. When we inquired about it, they said they weren't affiliated with Fandango and gave us a different web site to go to. As a tourist, I'm not going to use a different site when I go on vacation for a weekend, that is just ridiculous. Imagine if I had bought tickets online! Grand 14 needs to keep up with the times, maintain proper online listings, and treat their customers with more respect before they'll get any recommendation from me.
