Provided by YP.comThe rolls are not described on the menu (just the name of the roll, like "dynamite roll") and the staff doesn't even know what's in them. I am lactose intolerant, so it's important that I don't get rolls with cream cheese. After asking the waiter what was in each roll (no he did not seem happy to do so) I made sure to order three rolls that didn't have cream cheese (one was a shrimp tempura, one salmon, and another was spicy tuna). After he brought out the sushi, I noticed that two of the three rolls had cream cheese and I asked him politely about it. He gave me an attitude and I asked to speak to the manager. Well after waiting on my food, receiving the wrong food, and dealing with this waiter, I had spent over an hour and a half in this restaurant. The manager apologized for any confusion while telling me that those were the rolls I ordered. I told him that I clearly asked the waiter what was in each roll and specifically stated I could not have cream cheese due to an allergy. He looked a little shocked and took the two rolls off my bill that had the cream cheese in them.
Aside from this, he did nothing else. No apology for wasting my time, no offer to make new rolls that I could actually eat. He just said that he removed the two rolls I could not eat off of my bill and apologized for the confusion. Glad I didn't go here to celebrate my anniversary with my husband and have the night ruined, oh wait, I DID.
