The tech was awesome and cleaned up after the job was completed. I was afraid I needed a new unit, but they were able to add freon to get me cooling and left options to extend the life of my AC unit, which was great.

The service was great. Ted was my serviceman and he was very nice. I needed to have my tune-up done and as member of the Home Service Plan, he took real good care of my unit by cleaning it and checking to make sure my unit was ready for the summer. Overall the service was great.

I called them due to no heat. It was subfreezing and they said they would be there the next day. They never showed or called. I called back, they said it was a mixup and they'd be out the next day. Again, no show. Four days after the first call they called to tell me they would come out but if my unit was frozen it would cost 300 dollars to thaw it, up front. AVOID this place! Unreliable and costly.
