Don't waste your time on this Plumbing Company (B & R Plumbing) as I did. We phoned them at 8:00 in the morning and was told that they would call us when someone headed our direction. At 2:30 in the afternoon, when no one showed my husband called again and was told that they had "gotten tied up" on another service call, but we were on "the list" and they would be on the way soon. By 6:00 it was apparent that they would not be showing up. How unprofessional is it not to phone us to let us know that they couldn't make it so that we could call another company? We had NO running water and needed someone to help us. After several attempts to phone them the next morning, no one would answer the phone. I know that they had caller ID as while on the phone with them the first time, they asked if they could reach us at the number were calling from.

I don't know how long they have been in business, but treating customers in this manner, would not help them build a clientele. We called another company and within' the hour we had someone at our home. I STRONGLY suggest that should you be in need of a professional, you look else where as YOU WON'T FIND IT with this company.

thay are show up in a disent amout of time anytime of the day i had 2 have them come out at 11 at night and they was there
