This year, my 18 year old AC unit finally gave out. I tried this year to fill the unit with Freon, which failed, and then had to purchase a new AC unit. Being a homeowner, one of the most scary things that can happen is having to purchase a new AC unit. Curtis and Frog laid out all of the options, and did not pressure me in any way to pick more expensive options - I was given the best AC Unit for the money. On the day of the install, Jess first dispatched the call, and let me know who would be coming to my home, and sent me an email along with the picture of whom would be working on my new AC unit. Zach and Chris then showed up, and took turns working on the unit, and setting everything up in my home. They would not leave until they knew that both AC and Heat worked in both units of the house. I have been extremely grateful and happy that, when my AC unit went out, Frog was there to give me my options and my best value for the money.
