I have spent days on the internet and the phone trying to get help with my OLD (1995) weslo cadence treadmill. It was running at 90mph nonstop. Ray was amazing!! His knowledge had me up and running in minutes. I would recommend his company to anyone business or personal!

I called Ray this morning (Memorial Day!), got his voicemail and left a message about our non-functioning Precor treadmill. As it is a holiday, I didn't expect a response till tomorrow at the earliest, so was amazed when my call was returned within the hour. I called Ray Settle because I have a treadmill that is not working at the present time, I needed it to be put in the folding position as I was moving in two days. Even though Ray was already booked he generously fit me into his schedule and figured a way to fold my treadmill manually. Ray Settle Services came to our house after we called them about our treadmill malfunctioning. He scheduled a visit for the following Monday afternoon. After diagnosing the problem he let us know that he already had the necessary parts in stock to fix it.
