I have done business with this company on 5 separate occasions and until recently was pleased with the work performed. I can accept that a job may not have been done quite up to par, what I can't except is when a company refuses to address the issues of a customer, especially one who has done repeat business and who should be considered a valued customer. I am still waiting for the owner to address my concerns as promised and to resolve the issue if found to be valid. Hence the 2 star rating.K. Johnson

Very pleased with the service I received today! Mike knew just what to do...fixed a clogged toilet (kid threw my scissors down there) and replaced a leaky faucet in under an hour. Highly recommend!
