Was forwarded to them by roadside assistance to have my car towed. I was given an ETA of 2:30. At 3pm I called and was told that they'd be another 20 min. I called again at 4pm and was told another 15min. When the truck finally came at 4:45, he called for me to come down. As I was exiting my apartment, he (driver) called me back saying that dispatch had told him to leave because of the type of truck he had (which I never got to see because he had already left the block). I then had a very unprofessional dispatcher answer, well call me back after I called and got the voicemail, and after trying to figure out what happened was hung up on. This shows a lack of class and professionalism to people who need customer service with their vehicles. If you are forwarded to this service for use, I'd suggest you avoid them and ask for another. P.S. I had to give this 1 star in order to submit the review, they don't deserve that much.

I used Air Car Care Towing's service. They had done excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of Air Car Care Towing.
