Absolute worst customer service in an advertised customer oriented business. Instead of contacting the customer like a great majority of exceptional businesses...she (the rude lady with the raspy voice that answers the phone with her condescending tone) will just cut your service when all is needed is the new expiration date on your new debit card. There are too many businesses that know how to treat customers right...like pick up a phone, send an email or text to make the customer aware of the issue. Moved on to the company I should have chosen when I arrived in Maryland.
