Positive Reinforcement Dog Obedience Training

General Info
Aspen Family Dog Training offers positive reward-based dog training classes in Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Denver, Castle Rock, and Parker. We offer group classes every week, as well as in-home private dog lessons and behavioral consultation. We teach, puppy training, basic, intermediate, and advanced dog training classes. Private classes will be customized to fit your dog’s individual needs. We teach both owner and dog to become a successful team. Diane has been training dogs for 10 years. She grew up with animals in her home from early childhood. She trained all her own dogs and horses. In Seattle, Diane trained for two years with a large dog training facility to prepare her dog, Cody, to get certified with the Delta Society therapy dog program. Cody and Diane spent five years visiting the Ronald McDonald House, Swedish Hospital and Seattle’s Children’s hospital. Her other dog, Aspen, was also certified with the Delta Society and they visited Littleton Hospital in Colorado. Diane stays current on all the positive dog training methods by reading journals, books, and attending seminars with some of our country’s top trainers and behaviorists. “As a trainer, I believe it is important to bring my clients the most recent and up-to-date training information our field has to offer.” Some of the latest seminars Diane has attended include: Patricia McConnell, Ian Dunbar, Nicole Wilde and Trish King, and Pat Miller.
