DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! We called Jodie to come clear our main sewer line because our basement was flooding from the blockage from the tree roots growing into our clay pipes. He cleared out most of the tree roots but he told us our pipe was collasing. Not even a week later the drain was over flowing again. Well we tried everything we could do to stop it because we thought it was because of the pipe was collasing. After about a month and a half of putting up with it. We couldn't do laundry, run the dishwasher and we could barely even take a shower before water would come up. So I called them up again to have them come out and clean out the pipe again so I could take a shower at least. They never even showed up that day. I tried to call and no answer. So instead I called Roto rooter and they told me this happens all the time. Shawn did the same thing and pulled out another 3 gallons of tree roots. After that I haven't had problems and I can do laundry at my house again. Shawn said that Jodie will lie right through his teeth and if someone ever calls back having problems he looks bad through his records and wont show up. I reported them the the better business bureau also. They will take advantage of military too because you are new in town so they can. Do not call these people at all.
