Alan the tow truck driver and Mike the one who unhooked my drive line, ended up costing me a universal joint repair on my way home due to them dropping the bearings out of the cap, creating a major vibration in my rear end that later had to be serviced. I found Alan to be very unprofessional, when he called, he said there was no way that they installed the u-joint incorrectly. I would post pictures of their unprofessional job they did but google does not allow me to do so. All I ask from Alan is a phone call and an apology, for his unprofessional behavior of hanging up on me and I pray for your company he is not the ower, and he should be reprimanded. I will be back in Daytona next year for bike week, Alan and I can settle up then for my free labor, the headache, and the $20 he owes me for a u-joint.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Buddy's Towing. They are friendly on the phone, professional drivers and more than fair on prices, I would only use Buddy's Towing if I ever break down again. Such nice people. Treated me like I would like to be treat

Mu daughter was in an accident on I4 and Buddy's came out at the request of FHP. The next morning I called Buddy's Towings office and the young lady who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. She was more concerned about my daughter than my car. I was concerned with my daughters personal belongings in the car and was Very Very impressed that when I got the Buddy's yard, not only was her belongings safe and dry, the driver had covered her car with a tarp. All tow companies ought to be as personal and professional as Buddy's. Thank you Mrs Buddy and your staff for rekindling my faith in human nature.

When you need a local tow company, you need to deal with a local owner. That is what Buddy's is. I wouldn't use anyone else to ever tow my vehicle. They couldn't be nicer and more helpful.

These people were the most honest, fast, and reliable towing company I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend them
