My family planed a trip and we booked with another company and at las moment they canceled our trip then we Contact to Bus character and they Provide us busses at last moment with great hospitality. We are really thankful to them . Every thing was extremely good and on time

Booked a last minute trip for coaches in Dallas, TX and spoke with a Nicole Bostick and she saved the day.I was in shock that they could provide the services from me calling around all day. The driver was hilarious and patient once we asked to stop a few times for food. I have already reached out again for another service when we have our college tour in January/February.

How very disappointed I am in the service you provide.

I repeatedly asked and paid for three 43-passenger coaches; none arrived, even after repeated verifications and confirmations with Brandon.

I asked for 12pm noon arrival; the 36 passenger and 22 passenger coach arrived at 12:45pm, and the third coach, 36 passenger, arrived at 1:10pm.

We are dreadfully late to our corporate tours which we scheduled several months ago, for a conference we started planning two years ago.

It appears I have been lied to ever since the start of this process.

I will NEVER recommend this service and will never patron this process again.

We used the charter buses for a schoolwide field trip (which required 13 buses). The drivers were professional, the buses provided bathrooms which was much needed for students. We loved the trip and would use them again. The representative (Hansel Knights) was helpful and was available for any questions we had with the services. Thank you again for great service!

Our company uses buses at least 5-8 times a year. This was our first time using Bus Charter Express. It was such an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. They were very quick with their response. They are very professional. They made the process so easy and convenient for me. I didn't have to lift a finger. Amazing, just simply amazing. I originally booked our corporate event with another bus company. They called me and canceled our buses (2) days before our event. I was petrified and in a bind. Search YP and found BUS CHARTER EXPRESS. Luckily they are Nationwide and was able to bring the buses from one of there garages. All 5 buses were booked, ontime, clean, and the drivers were professional. BUS CHARTER EXPRESS saved our event and saved my job!!!#
