I will not deal with this company ever again. During a recent snowstorm,I called to have my driveway cleared. They charged me $250 for a 50-foot driveway. I knew this was high, but I am an 85-year-old woman and needed it done. I subsequently checked with another company, and he volunteered that the price was high. He said I should pay between $100 and $150. Well, I have since found others and was quoted a price from $1 per foot, to $75-100. When I needed my driveway cleaned again, I called one of them and had my driveway cleared for $75, plus they cleaned my walkway and my front porch and put down salt. Flournoy just cleared my driveway.

Wow what an amazing experience. The personal were truly amazing to deal with. When they say customer satisfactions, they really mean it. I have to say that Danny Epps is the main reason I keep calling you back, he has always tried to work with me and couldn?t be more polite or professional. Recently I had another company come in under your price and they ended up doing an ok job. It was an uneasy feeling leaving my house before they preformed the work. When your trucks are there I have no worries because accidents do happen but I know Danny would do everything in his power to make it right. Peace of mind is worth a lot but times are tough and we had to go with price over piece of mind. Hope to have another opportunity to work with Danny and your company.
