Care Resource Hawaii is a joint venture of the Kuakini and The Queen's Health Systems. It is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of home-based health care services throughout Hawaii. Its services include wound care, intravenous therapy, diabetic teaching and skilled nursing services. It offers various rehabilitation services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also offers assistance for bathing, personal care, housekeeping, travel and grooming. Its additional areas of expertise include pain management, nutrition therapy, parenteral nutrition and chemotherapy. Its caregivers include licensed practical nurses and home health aides. Care Resource Hawaii maintains its facilities in Honolulu, Kailua-Kona, Kahului, Kaunakakai, Lihue and Hilo, Hawaii.
