Received immediate service. Met at door by owner, handed keys to loaner car. Owner viewed my car, said we will take care of it and I left. Nice loaner car, great condition. Said would take approximately two-three weeks. Took two and half weeks. Car was in mint condition!! Beautiful-inside and out. Yes, they even cleaned the inside of my car! I mean it was awesome. When I picked up my car, we discussed the Alabama Championship, they let me have a pen and I left. A week later, my car windshield was leaking. BUT, not from where they worked on it. They said bring it by, I did, they figured out the problem (which was not their fault, just an old car) and they fixed it even though they didn't have to! I would totally recommend Chico's!
