The man who answered the phone didn't know how to respond to a simple salutation at the beginning of the conversation. He said he didn't understand and was confused when I said ' "Hello, how are you?". I asked if he was, in fact, an appliance repair service. He responded with a curt, "Yeah." He treated my business as if I was bothering him. At the end of the conversation, he asked me if I was going to use a visa or mastercard to secure my appointment. I asked him how much it would be, then he hung up on me.

I will happily take my business elsewhere. I would not waste my time on this incompetent company that can't even take a work order. What a loser!!! He doesn't even give senior or military discounts.

Go with All About Appliances instead. (They don't charge you to "secure an appointment". To be honest, I don't know anyone who does.) Friendly, been in business forever, most importantly, they treat you like family. (352) 702-0674. Too bad for Clermont Appliance Repair...it would have been a profitable call for them. oh well.

Absolutely worst appliance repair company I have ever felt with. BE AWARE!!
Our appointment was scheduled between 1-4 on Saturday. We waited all afternoon and finally called got a called back at 4:10. The maintenance person was not going to make it and if he could come Sunday. He shows up on Sunday charges us $30 to change the fan however the fridge never went back to working. We called back asking for someone to help us. We are promised a called back and 1 hour later nothing. We called back and were told they could not do anything and we just had to wait for the maintenance person call us back. We ask for our money back and were told if we were mechanics to know that the maintenance person never fixed the fridge and this was something else. Absolutely horrible costumer service!!!
