Not content to be your typical health club, we cater to the Rocky Mountain lifestyle through a variety of programming such as Club Outdoors, Triathlon Clubs and Ski Conditioning. Inside our facilities we are proud to offer cutting-edge programming and equipment including Fit Express group Personal Training; metabolic testing; CrossFit; Group Power; our Compu Trainer Studio; Kinesis One functional training equipment; and a 25-yard saline indoor pool. Our Clubs also host complimentary yoga and group fitness with private yoga; Pilates and indoor cycling studios; certified Personal Training including Group Training; certified massage therapy; active learning for children; and immaculate locker rooms including family locker rooms in some locations.
