I went to washington square had lunch at the Cheese Cake Factory (Yum), and when I returned my laptop was as good as new. He even cleaned the laptop. This is a great place to get you computer worked on they do the best work in all of Oregon. I have tried others only to be disappointed. These guys are experts. They also do laptop repairs, and boy is it hard to find someone local to do this type of work. They are very busy but turn around time is about 1 day. Again two thumbs up, if I had three I would give them three. I cannot say enough good things about this business. He even gave me a discount on the second computer I had fixed after the first went so well. This is the only shop I know that gives tech support via the telephone taking time to try to help you. Wow, the service was above and beyond. I dropped my laptop off at 1:00 pm and they had a new DC Jack soldered in by 7:00 pm the same day. I have used the in the past to remove virus's and spyware. I used to used another shop in town but they took 2 weeks. I was glad to find these guys. They are not a parts store they do laptop repairs and data recovery. Hope this helps you.
