SCAMMERS! Do not order from these people! They will ship your order even if you cancel and then take your moneyl, they will not respond to any form of communication, and then to get a refund you will have to pay out of your pocket to return what was cancelled to begin with. My original order was placed in May, it's September and no resolution, no communication.
Let me just start off by saying that everything was packed VERY, VERY well and arrived in perfect condition. This is a beautiful frame and exactly what I was looking for EXCEPT the bronze color (which is much less noticeable online) and much more noticeable in person. The bronze almost looks like it’s spray painted over the front of the frame and the natural wood grain doesn’t show through as much as I would like. I guess I would have preferred this same frame without the bronze paint - just a walnut stain that is eased into the black along the outside of the frame.
Frame looks great and feels solid as rock once assembled. More importantly, Customer Service was great!
I’m very happy with this frame and acrylic. It is a good value; real wood and well put together. The color is a little darker than seen on my computer, but looks good.
Thank You! Great craftsmanship ! The icon looks beautiful in the frame. Highly recommend your company. Everything shipped and carefully wrapped. I think perhaps offering an option of using small screws to close the backing once picture is inserted would be nice. Did not know what to do or how to use the clips that came in packaging.

I ordered simple black wood frames, with glass, and they are beautiful. They appear sturdy and well made. The packaging was excellent. It's apparent the compant takes great pride in their products. I will definitely order from them again.
Customer Service is non-existent. I have tried multiple times to check on my order by phone and email. No response, no frame. I used this company a few years ago and received beautiful frames promptly.
The frame arrived more beautiful than expected. The quality is equal to professional framing shops that would charge 2-3 times the amount. We’re very pleased with the frame and will definitely order again in the future. Thank you!
I recommend them. I used them for 3 paintings I received as gifts. I was weary because reviews are mixed, but they were just so much cheaper than bringing them to Michael's or whatever that I thought I'd give it a shot (partially because they are located in Virginia, not that far from where I live so I thought... I can maybe just show up.) It still wasn't cheap but my pictures look beautiful now! My only complaints are that shipping took forever and although they were pretty easy to put together, there were no instructions at all. So they sent some little pieces that I have no idea what they're for and I've just thrown them away!
Horrible. I ordered 4 frames. One arrived three weeks later, the others have never arrived (over a month). They do not answer their phone, nor do they reply to email.

I have ordered from them a few times, and it was fine - till finally I received my last order with a glass cut with curves... so big, that it can't fit into the frame. Well... I called them - no response, I sent them 4 emails - no response! And the matter is $60!...
I was going to order from them again, and bring this company more money, but they don't seem to care to include 2 glass pieces into my next order! Unbelievable

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! they frames are beautiful up front, but they use the CHEAPEST type of wood on the market-it is just pieces of wood glued together, not long lasting.

3 of 4 items in an order I placed came damaged: mat with a big mark on it, a dent in one frame, another frame with 3 out of 4 joints with huge gaps and corners damaged when the pieces were cut ( I mean a really bad assembly job). They replaced the mat and then stopped answering emails or their phone. If you look around the internet you will see complaints by other people stating the same thing; you have an issue and they stop answering the phone and ignore emails. I stopped payment on my credit card which got their attention. When they agreed to replace the frames I reversed the stop. Rather than honor their side of the agreement they have made up excuses not to; and I cannot re-reverse, if you will, the credit card payment the bank has informed me unfortunately. It has been months. Finally I've filed a complaint with their states, Virginia, attorney general consumer division. I ordered 3 samples Nov. 25,2016. 2 samples arrived, one did not. I waited another week and contacted the company by phone. I got no response. I called again a few days later, and got no response. I emailed and got no response. Don't waste your money here.
The frames arrived very well packed. All the hardware was included. I am not a framing professional. Neither do I work with wood. But the on line instructions were clear and I am quite proud of my 4 beautiful frames. I saw that a few people were disappointed with Custom Frame. I am very pleased to have received beautifully made frames, exactly as seen on the site, easy to assemble, exactly sized for my art AND I saved $600 ordering from them and doing it myself. Thanks and be sure I will be a repeat customer.
Cheap cheap cheap execution. Paper cheap, making cheap and at the back don't provide hardware to keep backing in place. Customer service - not existing. Nobody calls back, nobody replies to email. If any problems with the order - that is it, no further dialogue. Will not go with them again. I ordered 3 smaller frames to see how it will go and now I know I need to keep looking for a good frame maker.
We ordered 2 frames. Took a little longer to arrive than advertised. Packaged well. One frame was okay. The larger one (60 by 40) was the wrong size and not our fault. Tried numerous times to contact them to get a return. Even tried email. Never got a response. Now I am stuck with a $300 frame that I must use. I will need to trim my art work to get a fit
Never order from here!! Customer service is terrible. I did not receive what I needed and they will not reply to email or phone messages to assist in correcting the issue. It has been since the end of July and I am still leaving messages and emails. Lost cause!!!
