Family-owned Custom Pools, Inc. was one of just nine spa and pool dealers nationwide inducted into the inaugural AQUA 100 Hall of Fame in 1996 based on Custom Pools' making the top 100 list for five or more consecutive years. AQUA, the business magazine for spa and pool professionals, recognized Custom Pools as one of the top dealers in the industry and honored us for consistently maintaining superior customer service, product knowledge, store design, quality craftsmanship and professional promotion. Custom Pools, Inc. has also been awarded the Service Star by the Minnesota Council for Quality. In addition to the Service Star, we were honored at the annual Governor's Luncheon and presented with a Certificate of Commendation signed by the governor. This award is bestowed to Minnesota businesses and organizations who provide exceptional service to their customers; it exists to promote the value of excellent customer service. The Minnesota Council for Quality grants this award only to those organizations that represent Minnesota as "quality second to none," and Custom Pools is honored to have been selected. Great service, great prices, great employees....we could not be happier!

First of all, I want to offer a huge THANK YOU for the beautiful Bullfrog spa you helped to make possible for Von Rovenstine through Make-A-Wish. He is our adorable grandson (age 4). This tub has brought him and the whole family so much joy amid a lot of health challenges with Von fighting leukemia. May God bless you all for your generosity and kindness. My daughter, Lisa, and son-in-law, Jason, and the whole family loved working with you and consider you all like family. Thanks for going over and above and giving and caring so much. My husband, Rolf, and I sat in the hot tub for the first time last night. It was terrific. We loved it too! It was a clear, beautiful evening, and we thoroughly relaxed, enjoyed great conversation with jason and Lisa, looked at the constellations, and the jets gave us great massages.
