I HIRED FASHION CLEANERS TO DRY CLEAN MY HART SHAFFNER & MARX SUIT ON 6/1/17 AS PART OF A LARGE DRY CLEAN ORDER. I RECEIVED THE SUIT BACK ON 6/2/17. ON 6/6/17, I REMOVED SUIT FROM PLASTIC FOR THE FIRST TIME. I NOTICED A LARGE STAINED AREA ON THE BACK OF THE SUIT COAT THAT WAS NOT PRESENT BEFORE I TOOK IT TO FASHION CLEANERS. ON 6/2/17, I TOOK THE SUIT COAT BACK TO FASHION CLEANERS AND SHOWED THEM THE STAIN DAMAGE ON THE COAT. ON 6/9/17, THE OWNER GUS GIANOS DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE AND REFUSED TO EVEN DISCUSS COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE. THE DAMAGE WAS NOT PRESENT BEFORE I LEFT THE SUIT TO BE CLEANED AND FASHION CLEANERS AT NO TIME NOTED ANY DAMAGE TO THE COAT WHEN IT WAS LEFT. I NEVER SIGNED ANY WAIVER FOR DAMAGE. WHY WOULD I PAY TO HAVE AN OBVIOUSLY STAINED COST DRY CLEANED? BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I really like this cleaners. I've used most of the top name places and I've always received my clothes in a so-so not impressive fashion, except when I started taking them to Fashion Cleaners. I'm very pleased that since I started taking my clothes there last year. I haven't had a single problem and my clothes look crisp and very professional. Plus it's convenient location makes it easy for me downtown.

Great service. In all the years I've used them, I've only had one sweater misplaced and they promply took action and found it.

They destroyed my evening gown and wanted to charge me for it too. I turned in a red dress and at pick up the color was blue with remnants of red on the corners. They offered no compensation.

They're the best laundry and dry cleaners, no exception. Great service. They use the best cleaning solutions therefore, leaving no unpleasant odors. Great pressing of suits, etc. Laundered items are pressed to perfection, also napkins, tablecloths, and sheets. They also do one-hour cleaning which is great for unexpected events.
