Thursday, 06/14/18 I spoke with Wanda at JFC on regarding some restoration we wanted done. She advised that one of their techs was working from home near us and would be able to come over to see the items. Chuck showed up after a text. He was polite, courteous and seemed to know what he was talking about. Took pictures and told us that one of the items we wanted work done on would have to be done by a co=worker so he would have to email us the estimate on Friday or Monday.
Thursday, 06/21/18 I spoke with Wanda, curios abt the lack of an email. She assured us that she would have Chuck send it and confirmed the email address.
Monday 06/25/18 I emailed the company, requesting that, if they couldn't or didn't want to do our work, to please have the courtesy to notify us.
Wanda and Chuck were very pleasant and promising, but that does no good if they don't follow up with customers!
At least we didn't get STUCK like previous reviewer!

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would! I used this company through my renters insurance and they had my furniture for months over the estimated delivery date. Even after all of that time they told me some of the furniture couldn't be repaired. Wouldn't you think that would have been determined a week or so into having my furniture? It wasn't until 4 months later after I called them to get an ETA was I informed of this. They were completely unprofessional the entire time of my repairs and they were nearly impossible to get ahold of. If you have the time to waste on sub-par work with no customer service use this company.
