Greg S. Silvey is an expert appellate lawyer that primarily works on cases that have reached the Idaho Supreme Court, the Idaho Court of Appeals and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Though his practice is located in Boise, he takes on cases originating from anywhere in the state of Idaho. Mr. Silvey has experience in both civil and criminal appeals, including post conviction relief at the state level and habeas corpus at the federal level.
