Hands down the worst appliance experience of my life. Henry apparently keeps scamming people by selling broken appliances, then telling people to "f*ck off" and stop bothering him when they don't work.

Avoid like the plague. Spend the extra $100 and go to Kmart.

We made the mistake of calling one of "Henry's" Craigslist ads when are Renters needed to replace a broken refrigerator.

Despite promises of a 30 day warranty, the freezer did not work. Henry, after a dozen calls, reluctantly showed up to tinker with it. It continued to fail. At this point he began blocking our phone. He does not wish to honor his warranty. He will not remove the broken unit or refund the $350 he has effectively stolen.



We are contacting the Better Business Bureau and the state attorney.

Im not one that will usually go on the internet and express my experiences. However, I need to strongly recommend Henry. Sunday, Mothers Day... no one in this whole county would even bother to pick up the phone or return emergency (meds in fridge) calls Except Henry! He came within an hour and was able to fix my refrigerator. I have a LG.... needless to say I cannot recommend the LG brand, nothing but problems, its a lemon! Henry is so reasonably priced compared to others I have had in to repair my refrigerator! Call him, he is very, very good! Margie
