I was stuck in a parking lot and my car wouldn't start! Heritage's tow trucks were busy, but they sent a guy named Jimmy out to help me. He was so friendly and kind and managed (with the help of some pliers) to get my car started. When he found out I was alone in a new town and didn't have anyone nearby to help me, he gave me the number of Rob at Heritage in case I had anymore problems. The next morning I was trying to get the car to the dealer, but the ignition had locked up again. I called Rob and he was there, in the pouring rain, in less than half an hour. I am so thankful for their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond! If I ever do need a tow, I know who I'll be calling!
