Wonderful company! Small company with honest people! Highly recommended by my Facebook friends and now by me too. Will call again!

Called them to check our septic tank as it was screeching at us and had a red light that wouldn't go off. They said they would be here Mon or Tuesday morning. No show, no phone call. We called again, no answer. We texted to a number we found and they replied: "Oh, I forgot all about you"... will be there by 11am. Again, no show. We cancelled and went elsewhere. Terrible customer servicing!

I had them scheduled to pump our system. They did not show up and did not call to reschedule. When I was able to reach them and they said they would be out the next day first thing in the morning. They did not show up or call, wasting my time. Really, ?! Its hard to believe a company can stay in business when it operates like this.
