      This guy (originally an Australian) has been really good. I have called him back many times, and every time he has tried to save me money, has explained what he is doing, has been prompt and intelligently courteous. He left Pittsburgh for about 6 months (and left a phone message so I wouldn't keep trying to get him), and when I saw his van again, I made sure to call when I needed him. The work has been excellent, and the prices have been totally reasonable.
