I got my car towed and was so upset at my stupidity and was so hungry by the time I got there that I cried to the office manager and she took us home with her and fed us the best chicken wings I ever had. I recommend this place if you can't read the signs warning not to park here or you will be towed.

Terrible customer service, very rude, tried to intimidate. Towed my car on a weekend and then charged me $66 extra because it was "after hours" even though I got my car the SAME DAY as it was towed. (Towed at 12:03 am, Picked up at 11:45 am) Mind you, my car was parked in my personally reserved spot (with my exact address painted on the spot, as it had been every day/night for the past 10 months!)

$314 and it was in their possession for less than 12 hours.

Just trying to rip people off and yell at them when they ask questions.

Calling the better business bureau right now.... you get a 1 star only because it makes you leave a star rating to leave these comments for the poor helpless people that you choose to rip off. They charged $240 to have my sons car towed to their lot 8 miles away. Some idiot called who is mad at my son and said come tow this car. I live in MO and tried to pay over the phone with a credit card and they refused to allow him to pay. They were rude and left him stranded. I would never call this company for anything.

Worst company here in Springs! Need to go out of business. They're in cahoots with low life apt managers and trailer pk mgmt who give kickbacks for ripping people off! I sure hope somebody sues them into the Stone Age! I would but can't afford to!

I agree %100, Klaus towing are very rude! I was with my mother, who rents an apartment on Jamboree drive in Colorado springs, Co. I was giving her a ride home from the doctors, We parked in "her" assigned parking space, went upstairs to go to the restroom and get the parking permit that you have to have visible on your rear view window, (took me 5 minuts) came back down to go home and my car was gone, I called Klaus towing and asked them to bring my car back because it was ILLEGALLY towed and they said "NO CAN DO" they billed my mother $256.47. They are a rip off, It doesnt cost $256.47 to ILLEGALLY tow a car!!! I am not surprised that they get yelled at, cursed at, physically threatened or assaulted on a daily basis, I am not threatening to sue Klaus towing, I am promising that I will press charges on them, they do not need to be doing this to people, this is WRONG!! If you have ever been towed by Klaus, please post your complaints. Don't let these people keep doing this!!!

This is the most horribly run business I have ever experienced. My mom and I were in downtown with my 2 and 4 year old. I accidentally parked in the wrong lot (it was only $6 to park, so I wasnt trying to be cheap, just didnt see the sign on the other entrance). When we came out of the restaurant at my car was towed. I begged the guy to help as it was freezing cold and dark out. He did not care if we had to sleep on the side of the road, he just wanted his money and left us alone. I felt so helpless and my poor kids were crying. I pray that no one ever gives this terrible human being any business (the owner, Jerry Klapiac is the one who towed us, so he could have helped if he had any heart). I wonder how he would have reacted had this happened to his children? I guess thats whats being money hungry can do to you.

Klaus Towing towed a vehicle from the apartment community WITHOUT letting management know. The POLICE said this is not allowed. Klaus says the police don't know what they are talking about! Then they charged over TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS to return the car! They gave less than an hour to pick it up before they closed or the price would go up. We didn't even find out the vehicle had been taken by then till nearly three. Then we had to talk to a "supervisor" who of course took over an hour to go to the bank and call back. All for what?? So they could try to keep the vehicle another day and get more money!! They are unprofessional, illegal according to the police department, and rude as anything! Then they accused ME of being rude! Umm, you STOLE MY CAR! You did not get the correct authorization to TOUCH that vehicle much less TOW it! So yes, I am upset! DUH! Who wouldn't be!?!?!?!
