I will never call again. Movers were scheduled to arrive at 1:00 - NO SHOW!! Money spent elsewhere is a better investment. Too bad I can't charge them for my time!

a smart way to move

The moving team was efficient, fast and careful. I couldn't have asked for a more stress free move. The movers called and said they were ahead of schedule and asked if I didn't mind if they came an hour early. I said that was fine when they arrived they went straight to loading my stuff onto their 24 foot truck. I didn't realize I had so much stuff until I seen them fill it up inside the truck. Lone Star provided quality service, at a very reasonable price. I'm sure my move wasn't quite as tough as some of the jobs they've done, but moving is moving, right? It's never fun, but the young men from Lone Star movers did it with a smile. I'd recommend the company to anyone looking for an affordable move.

Well, can finally say something good about a moving experience. Moving day is miserable. Today, not so much. Lone Star delivered on what they promised, which is saying a lot when you're talking about a five bedroom move from San Angelo. The price was fair, and the service was great. My furniture is solid, heavy stuff, but I didn't hear a word of complaint from the movers. It had to have been over a hundred degrees, and they didn't slow a step during the whole move. All in all, the team from Lone Star did a darn good job.

I would like to compliment the moving company as well as the movers. The move was prompt and professional. The movers treated me like family and took extra care wrapping my furnature and delicate items. They also negotiated a very heavy antique piano into my new home without scratching or denting it. I will definitly be refering Lonestar Moving company to my family and friends and will use them again myself when the time comes to move.

Wonderful It's time to say something finally. As a frequent customer of this company I cannot believe I haven't written something about their service quality yet, although Hollin reminded me every time I met him :) I moved to San Antonio in February this year. From time to time I have to move thing here and there. Also I'm working as a real estate agent and from this point it is even useful to have such kind of moving company when some of my customers need to move out or move in. They are wonderful to work with. My wife also claims that they are calming, very friendly and adequately handle conflict with neighbors when something happens but it happen very rare. The conflict being the truck blocking thier driveway. Me and my wife happy with their services and wish you the same.

This was looking to be the most stressful moving day of my life. I'm newly single, with two kids, two dogs, and few friends because we're new to town still, so I can't rely on anyone for help. The day could not have gone any more smoothly though. The movers came on time, worked together so cooperatively, and were a really pleasant bunch to be around. They helped me disassemble and reassemble all of my furniture, and even helped move some junk from the garage of my new place. Moving is hell. This day turned out to be anything but. I'm about the last guy who writes these things, but I'm downright impressed. I got ripped off the last time I paid movers, and I fully expected the same treatment this time. But Lone Star surpassed my expectations, from the initial interactions on the telephone, all the way through to the last piece of furniture being unloaded from the truck. I did lose a little clock in the process, but that was partly my fault due to the haphazard way I packed it. Other than that, things couldn't have gone better.

Joe and Anthony from Lone Star Moving were a couple of stand up guys. They took care of my valuables, and didn't say a word of complaint about the size of my bedroom furniture. I'm not the review writing type, but these two deserve some praise. I've moved twice in the past year, so I know of what I speak. Great service and a fair price is a rare combo these days. Lone Star deserves a recommendation.
