I enjoyed many years of good service but recent change in management seems to have caused poor service on recent job. Needed plumbing service after leak caused serious damage to kitchen and bathroom in rental property. Management seemed reluctant to begin work to hook up service to kitchen and bathroom after counter tops and floor work completed. Bathroom ready for work at 3:00 but got word from mgt. that work could not begin until 4:00. Sad truth is plumber did not show up until nearly 4:00. Bathroom plumbing contained leak. Company went back to fix leak charging two hrs. time, but leak persisted. I had to diagnose problem and fix myself in less than 1 hr. including trip to Home Depot. Company did not adjust bill from shoddy work. This company is not the same with its new mgt. and I will look elsewhere for next plumbing work.

I have worked with North's Plumbing for 20 years and have found them to be a great company. They are fair and honest in there work.

You hear about horror stories but always believe they happen to someone else. They came out to repair a piece that joined 2 pipes, they said it can't be repaired and said we need to replace all the pipes and gave me a crazy high bid. I called the inspector that had inspected the house 2 months ago when we bought it and he came out and said the pipes we fine and he tightened the pipe and we haven't had a problem since. We did call out another Plumbing company and they said the pipes were fine and could go another 10-20 years with few repairs.
