i had my air duct cleaned 2 times in the last year by 2 different companies sins i have tree kids with allergies,but it didn't seems to make mach different.i know something mast b wrong in my vents because every time the air is on my kids start sneezing and it smell musty so i gave it another chance and called paradise air.i explained them what was the problem and the reason for the cleaning.they open my unit and all the duct work and i was shocked.all my vents and unit were cover with mold.how the other companies mist it??? after taking few pictures to show my wife i immediately authorize the cleaning,they took my entire system apart, washed and cleaned for 5 hours and put it all together.its been 3 mounts now and i can explain how happy i am.my kids can breed it smell clean and fresh and i don't get dust 3 weeks after cleaning.i recommend them to my sister and she going to have her done to.this guys know air duct cleaning!!!

terrible, terrible experience. I have never written a review of a business before, but this was the worst. We were quoted a price of $88 for the 'special' $68 air duct cleaning with 3 free rooms of carpet cleaning with 1 room and a hall added. The technician tried to upsell my wife, she refused, and then AFTER completing the work he demanded payment of $180 (which she gave him in order to get him out of the house!). I called the bank within 20 minutes to put a stop payment on the check (another first for me) and found it had already been cashed! Avoid this company at all costs!!
