Hello! I am an IRS Enrolled Agent and Business Advisor. I have over 17 years' experience and specialize in helping business owners ensure no money is left on the table by analyzing their business and consulting about best practices. I also handle year-round bookkeeping needs, tax preparation in all 50 states, as well as audit representation if the need arises. Most people are not familiar with an Enrolled Agent since we specialize in taxation rather than overall accounting like a CPA. However, with me you get the best of both worlds since I also have a degree in accounting! I earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the IRS by passing a three-part comprehensive test covering individual and business tax returns and hold the highest credential the IRS awards. To maintain this elite status, I adhere to Circular 230 ethical standards and complete 24 hours of continuing education courses yearly. Like attorneys and CPAs, I have unlimited practice rights.
