awesome service!!! on Fri. March 8th on my way home from work at 12:30 in the morning (in a snow storm, after spending 12 hrs fighting the storm where I work) I went off the road and got stuck pretty bad . Long story short, after calling AAA and waiting an hour we hear back from them that THEIR tow truck went off the road :0!!! OK.... but another hour and a half goes by and they can't get anyone out there (we live in the sticks). it's now 3am and we decide to call someone ourselves. pay less was there within the hour (close to an hr in good weather) and worked VERY hard to get me out (it was an extremely difficult situation). And although I did lose a tire in the process, he helped me put my spare on and took my rim with him. The next day he met me after normal hrs. and had me set up with a tire that, if not new, was new enough not to matter at no charge!! the cost of the "tow" was extremely reasonable especially considering the circ

I have to say these guys are amazing! I am not sure of the name but the son is the one who does the work on my van. He is so nice and very honest. To be blunt I am pretty clueless when it comes to cars, my husband is deployed overseas and I have never had to take care of car repairs until now. Playless has been so helpful to me any time I have had a car issue. I am very grateful there are still good, honest people in the world. They are the only place i will go!!

Paul totally saved the day for myself and my friend. We're from Massachusetts and went to pick up 2 horses in New Boston. The truck/trailer got stuck in a driveway pretty bad and without Paul we would never have gotten out. He was professional and patient and was extremely fair in the price to pull the trailer out. after many years of men at repair shop taking my wallet for a ride, I finally found a place to trust my BMW and the jeep to be fix right the first time and not feel ripped off, the owner is nice and knows alot about cars, the son is helpful and the new guy will help you in the rain or snow. This is the ONLY place I go for repairs or for towing----THANK YOU PAY LESS TOWING

Harry is a real nice guy. He won't fix something he doesn't think needs doing - I like his honesty. In my experience, mechanics can lead a car owner where they want them to go and charge them whatever they like. Highly recommend Payless in Milford

I feel totally taken advantage of. My 19 year old daughter got in an accident in New Hampshire. These people towed her car to their shop and out of the goodness of their heart paid for a cab to a hotel. Her car needed a new radiator to get home to Vermont. It was a Sunday night, so she was stranded. I called them Monday morning to get an idea of the cost of repair. I asked them to just make the car drivable so my daughter could get home. They refused to fix ithe radiator without taking the car to a body shop first to get a new hood. they wouldn't even give me a "ballpark" estimate. I arranged for someone to drive the 3 hours to just pick the car up instead. "Payless" towing just charged me over $500 for 3 days of storage, the tow, clean up at the accident scene and my daughter's cab ride. I feel absolutely ripped off and being from out of state, we were financially at their mercy. Our insurance doesn't cover any of those costs. A very "shady" operation. Steer Clear if you can

great service, great prices, I was so afraid of getting ripped off when my car needed to be towed due to bad past experiences with the other local company left me feeling that I was taken for a ride because I am female. Pay Less did the tow and worked on my car, I felt very pleased and will be back in the future for all my car needs and towing if I need it again..........
