I had a sewer backup, they came within an hour of my call, assessed the situation and gave me a total for the job.....it was a Sunday and they didn't charge extra....the tech was there for a couple of hours and cleared the drain as best he could (my problem is tree roots growing in the pipe) He showed me what the drain looked like through a camera....I was satisfied with the job they did and the price they charged :-)
