Along with the best certified group fitness trainers from local businesses AS well AS other parts of the country together with the intent to increase awareness of the latest workouts. Techniques. And health information/ treatments available for ALL AGES/DEMOGRAPHICS. Getting more people involved in health and fitness. Particularly in the southern part of the country. Is OUR personal goal. OUR primary objective is to help the Attendant’s figure OUT what they are interested in. And capable of doing on a regular basis from a personal FITNESS/WELLNESS perspective; AS well AS where to GO locally to find services and compatible professionals and support. The secondary objective is getting everyone OUT for a FUN. Entertaining. And worthwhile cause while engaging in educational forums and activities usually only offered to fitness and wellness professionals. These attendees will learn a LOT!.
