I ordered a peace lily to be delivered to a friend who lost her mother only to find that my order had been replaced with an ivy with no price adjustment made or notification of the change. When I received my cc statement, I learned that I had been double charged for the same delivery. Now, three months later, I'm still trying to get a refund with no success. This florist has 2 locations and I was charged from both locations. If I were you, I would move on to another florist. This florist has bad reviews with the Better Business Bureau and the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce!!!

Melissa at the Lewisville Flower shop is amazing! The flower shop is very creative and they do a great job! She is also doing my wedding and the arrangements she created are so modern and beautiful. Would highly recommend!

I purchased flowers online thinking I was getting Lewisville Florist. The order wound up being filled by Mockingbird Florist. The website showed a beautiful arrangement and the information said it would look like the flowers shown. When I saw the arrangement I didn't recognize it. It was the worst arrangement I've ever seen. It had none of the beautiful flowers shown.I've purchased flowers via other Internet Florist with a varying degree of satisfaction. I chose this florist because it was a local florist. I was not happy the order was diverted Mockingbird Florist and very dissatisfied with the quality of their work. They do not deserve my business or yours!!!!
