I've been living here since last October and I love it! The staff is so nice and keep the property so clean. I have never stayed at another weekly so have nothing to compare it to as far as a place to live but the way it looks from the outside is how it is on the inside. I pay by the month and my utilities are included. They just put solar screens on the property and it looks so nice. When I want to swim, I don't have to wait because it is almost always not crowded and it is always so clean! Customer service is great. They always greet me with a smile. When I had an issue, they took care of it right away and were nice about it. I recommend this place to my friends and co-workers so that if they ever need transitional housing, they know where to come.

This place is nice and close to the Strip, I stayed for 2 mo. and I really liked it had a nice room the staff and management there were all very friendly and helpful. One of the things I really liked is that everything was included in the rent, all utilities, cable t.v w/ showtime1 & 2, wireless internet, free phone, all that at very reasonable rate.I would recommend it.

i.e., A locaI have grown to like the non-traditional route of making lodging reservations as the hotels have gotten outrageous on the price and deposits for your stay and then I end up spending more because i eat out because I dont have the kitchen setup or you pay extra for a microwave and little refridgerator in your room. I have found in several stays with the paradise property I get hassle-free prices and if I ask far enough in advance before coming they have let me use a microwave and/or linens which are not provided. Everything is done with a smile and a can-do attitude. These are people who care and love their property. l favorite, or highly recommended because

Spent a great time at Siegel Suites Paradise. Went to Vegas for a month and would have stayed for a lot longer. I waw amazed that the property was so close to the strip if was like being right on it. I could have stayed across the street at the Stratospher but for what I would have paid for 1 night there I was able to stay for a Week at Siegel Suites. The staff really made it feel like I wasn't a guest but rather a member of the family. I travel a lot for business and every trip to Las Vegas will be at Siegel Suites Paradise. Can't wait to go back.

I know most people write to tell you something bad but I had to write about the GREAT expereience I had at SIegel Suites Paradise. I didn't know what to expect at first but I soon found out that the staff is 100% about making sure the tenants are happy. I moved in in July thinking I would stay a week until I found a regular apt. This place has it all and best of all every time I pay my rent I earn points ... Was as able to use my points to by Christmas gifts for my family (Free Money). Rebecca is great she is always chipper and up beat. The apartments are clean and bug free it is just a great place to live. If you are looking for a place to live come and stay at Siegel Suites Paradise.
