Great service.. fair price.. the only Taxi in the area that accept appointments... I did not have to worry about when the Taxi was going to show up... I contacted them, they told me 2 text my name, phone number. address and the time I want to be picked up ..and my appointment was set in stone... he was there on time thanks taxi Express...

I had to get picked up at 5:00 a.m. and arranged it with him night before. He was right on time. He was pleasant and professional and his car was clean. I would definitely call him again!

We broke down on 985 in Buford and my wife left her wallet at home in Gainesville. She Called Taxi Express to bring us back home. Our driver arrived and insisted on driving us to have the tire fixed and back to our car. He even helped change the tire! We asked him to follow us home so we could pay the fare which was easily over $100. He told us not to worry about it just to pass it on to someone in need and drove off. Truly a blessing. It is great to know that people like this still exist in the world . Needless to say Taxi Express is the only service we will ever use in Gainesville again.

Not only was he on time and got me there quickly and safely, but I was amazed to see him actually get out of the vehicle and come around to open the door for me. He then waited until I was situated and shut the door for me. I haven't seen that kind of service in 20 years. Pretty cool! I highly recommend this service.

Ok. So my car broke down and it was in the repair shop.I tried using different taxis. I used taxi Azteca, which was great in the morning but then they didn't pick up my calls in the afternoon. I used American yellow taxi and they were late for my pick up time by 30 minutes. Even when I called them 40 minutes before to make sure they would be there. They also gave me excuses for why their taxi wasn't on time. Taxi Express has been above and beyond getting me to where I need to go. The customer service guy is great. He lets me text my name, the destination where I need to go and he makes sure that the taxi is there when it needs to be there. There wasn't any headaches and it was awesome. I would strongly recommend this taxi service for the Gainesville Georgia area. I plan on using this service for the rest of the week while my car is in the shop. Hopefully, they will keep doing great work and this review can stay positive.
