At first, it was extremely challenging but Trooper Mitchell pushed me to achieve my physical potential beyond what I thought was possible. The program has provided me the tools and the mental toughness to carry on an active and healthy lifestyle for as long as I live. I would definitely recommend Thick & Fit Boot Camp to anybody.

Awesome Boot Camp experience!!!! Loved the camaraderie and support that I received during the sessions that meant a lot to me. Each session was different making it fun and challenging. At times it was not easy, especially in the beginning but with the support I was able to push myself to a new level something that I generally don't do when working out. Troop Leader Dynamite was good at reading/knowing her Troopers…she knew just when to demand more of you. :) I’m very pleased of my outcome...I’m healthier and have lost weight. It has inspired me to continue my getting fit journey. Still have more weight to lose but Thick & Fit was a great place to start. Thanks again Troop Leader….you are the BEST!!!! Looking forward to the spring sessions held outdoors...YEAH!!!!

Best Bootcamp

This is the first bootcamp that I particpated in and received results with the hard workout routines which truly paid off! I reccomend it for everyone who is at all levels beginning, intermediate or advanced in being familiar in working out.

This bootcamp is awesome! I never thought I could feel so strong, fast and lose weight. Darlene is a hard but fair instructor and she pulls the best out of you. I am telling everyone I know to join this bootcamp.

Thick & Fit Boot Camp is a workout program designed to target larger individuals, such as ladies size 12+ and men with waist sizes of 38+. In an effort to reduce risk factors and minimize the potential for harmful disease and illness Thick & Fit infuses comprehensive fitness along with well-balanced nutrition in a simple format to encourage long term healthy lifestyles. Boot camp is an efficient way to work off pounds, tone, and strengthen all in the same workout. It combines cardiovascular training, strength training and athleticism to provide a thorough conditioning for the entire body. If you are a new to fitness, our boot camp demonstrates basic form and techniques to gradually increase your capacity for fitness and to teach you how to get an effective workout. If you are familiar with complex cardiovascular workout routines or have a fit lifestyle, Thick & Fit will assess your existing capabilities to determine your fitness condition to create routines that will increase your power and endurance.
