SUPER DUPER HORRIBLE.....DON'T DO IT!

In short, too high, worst service on earth! I wish I could have my att uverse back! Theu dpn't deserve one star!

SHOULD BE NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!

This has got to be the WORST experience I have ever had!! They charged me 2 NSF fees and when I disputed these fees I was told what to do. Had my bank fax them a letter stating the money was there and is STILL there......time warner would still not remove these fees. I spoke with them over other day for 2 weeks, made the minimum payment so my service would not be shut off. I never received a return phone call but I did receive a voice mail message stating "we find this to be an operator error and we do not remove fees for operator errors" WTF does THAT mean???? If THEY make a mistake its not corrected, apparently!!! Then they shut off my service (instead of returning a call) and told me I need to pay an extra $200.00 on top of the $60.00 NSF fees (that are a joke) and then a $50.00 reconnect fee!!! A multi-million dollar company hosing me for over $60 that is THEIR error, this place is a JOKE!!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Doesn't deserve even 1 star

I cannot stand TWC.

We made a huge mistake switching from AT&T to TWC b/c they had an incredible deal happening - under $100 for tv, phone and internet with free install. We should have known from the very first phone call when we ordered our service that it was a mistake. They were rude and extremely difficult to understand. My 4 year old could have installed the cable lines better than the putz that ran our home. We have siding only a year old on our home and he drilled holes everywhere without any permission from me claiming that the lines already ran weren't good enough. He then walked through our home with dog poo on his shoes and even had the nerve to invite another installer to our home without consulting me. This guy was contracted out by TWC but, none the less, he is still representing that company. Disgusting. When we received our first bill it was $444! They charged for all the installation, cables, remotes ... everything. My husband called and they said that we had to pay it. We disconnected all their receivers, cables and took it all back up to their office. Waited in line for over an hour and then had the honor of having the most horrible woman wait on us. I would never recommend this company to anyone even if TWC were the last cable company on the planet and without their service we were forced to play charades with blindfolds on :p

What a joke!

I can't stand dealing with Time Warner. What a waste of my time. Their customer service is pathetic. Foreigners who can barely speak English shouldn't be in customer service.

No Technical problems....

So I can't say how their service is in that dept., but when they bought out Adelphia, I didn't know what to expect. They have raised my rates twice in 2 years and I never had advanced notice of the price increase which I didn't like. I don't have Digital cable just basic service. I don't have problems like I use to with Adelphia losing my cable (knock on wood), but I don't understand how we can have these cable "monopolies". TWC is the only service I can get in my area. For basic cable, I hapy over $10 more a month then my MIL who has basic service from TWC, but has other options. This just doesn't seem right. Service?, dependability Great, cost poor!

IF IT COULD BE LOWER IT WOULD BE

This has to be the worst company ive ever had the unfortune of working with. Comcast was great, no issues to speak of, this company takes hours to get on the phone, and when you get them on the phone the technical support is horrific. All they want to do is send someone out on what they call "all day appointment" which means that you cant do anything but sit home all day and wait for them to show up. And to think we pay these people money. Whats with the HD channels too, what are there like 6. Way to keep up with the compeditors. We should have more choices, I dont want a dish and the new AT&T service isnt available in my area yet. To think im stuck with these people makes me sick. Nothing good to say at all, the service sucks and the prices are way to high. I wont even get started on the internet service either. Good luck to all who have them, and if you can avoid this company do yourself a favor and please do.

Horrible service

When TWC took over from Comcast, we had nothing but problems and no way to even get the company to fix them.



Thinking of getting TWC? I wouldn't.
