Tony Pavlock built a pole barn for me which turned out to be a nightmare. His initial price to do the barn was high, he came down considerably to get the job. Early in the project, a structual error was made which he claimed was my fault and exploded on me during a phone conversation. He was beyond beligerant with F bombs. Prior to the deposit, I gave Tony a picture of what I wanted off the Morton bldg website and a sketch illustrating where to put my doors. Poor attention to detail, he ordered the wrong style shutters, wrong style garage door and wrong type of man door. Prior to pouring the concrete floor he tried to get more money out of me because he did not estimate materials properly, I declined so we had it out again - another nasty F bomb filled conversation. I was going to let all this go but the last straw is when Potter Lumber Co. put a 13500 Lien on my house. I paid Tony cash for this barn, he obviously did not pay his supplier. I paid Tony in full the first week in September it is now December and he has still not paid his bill. I think because I paid him cash, he tried to stick me with his bill. Luckily I have a paper trail. Tony ruined my summer with stress, F bombs and lies.

The work was of excellent quality, and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this contractor to my friends. He was upfront and honest with what needed to be done and was very proffessional. Tony and his crew were very helpful in letting me know what they were doing on a daily basis. They completed a fairly large job in a timely matter. I would use this contractor again without question.

I would highly recommend Pavlock Contracting to do any job, big or small. I was very impressed with the professionalism, communication, and knowledge the owner presented. Tony and his crew put a new roof on my house. I was very pleased with the timely manner of the completion of the work done. The roof was put on 3 years ago. I have had no problems at all. This business does extremely HIGH QUALITY work. If you want the high quality craftmanship and final product, here it is. He is in the process of building a new home for close friends of mine and they are very pleased as well. I can't wait to see the final project!! Thank you Tony

We had this business complete an extremely large job on our home which included both a new roof and completely new siding/trim. Our cost was over 5 figures and we were very happy with this contractor's professionalism over all other estimates we received, although he was one of the highest bids. Upon completion of the job, we were initially very please with the quality of craftsmanship but within ONE WEEK our siding began falling off the back of our house. We used the best, most expensive siding currently on the market because we wanted it to last. Our first contact with this contractor was almost 2 months ago to attempt getting him to come repair his work, as he assured us he would guarantee. Since then, he has promised us OVER 10 times to come out the 'next day' to redo the mistake and hasn't shown up. At this point, we are preparing to hire a lawyer to get the work fixed. The worst part of it all is that we praised this contractor initially so highly that he has now done work for at least 1 other home owner to the tune of over $12,000 thanks to us. I HIGHLY do not recommend this business especially since there are so many other great contractors on the market.

8/20 Update- Contractor returned and completed repairs after MANY phone calls. There have been no additional problems up to this point.

Tony pavlock did a roof for me on a rental property 2 years ago. He did a great job and did it for the price in my estimate. Tony even worked on sunday morning to get the job done because of a storm in the forecast. Not only was i impressed with price i also was impressed with his service. I have used many contactors over the years and nobody has compared. I plan on using his services on the rest of my home improvement . Thanks Tony Pavlock

I would not recommend this contractor!!!! Once he had our roof torn off and exposed to the elements, he said he had measured wrong (he was up on the roof with a tape measure prior to starting the job!) and now needed more than the contract price to finish the job. He wanted an extra $2,000 over and above the price we all agreed upon before the job started. At that price we would never have chosen him for the job over a very close second bidder. He is now hounding us for the extra money and the roof leaks.

This contractor is an honest business man willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He has done several jobs for us in the past and we are more than happy with the quality of his work.
