I don't know how your company is still in business. You left my friend who is handicapped in a wheelchair in the cold waiting for hours. He had a very important appointment to go to Social Security in order to get his money from Social Security. He then called to find out where you were, the manager then answered the phone and stated that they didn't care and they were not picking him up anymore. He also started cussing at my friend which is very unprofessional. Either you guys completely change your whole system and your attitudes and way of working and learn how to be courteous and have good customer service skills or you will find yourselves out of business with no job and no money.

Your company is nothing but a bunch a crooks. You employ sick people that refuse to transport the handicap or leaves a handicaped person in a wheelchair out in the cold, and take equipment and refuse to bring it back to them.
