Worst experience ever. Not only did I get my car towed the driver ran over my toes. I want to sue.

Correction: I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0, or a negative number.If someone's wanting to pursue this piece of scum in a court of law, hit me up. I'll do it with you and we'll save on lawyer fees.This guy is as crooked as it comes. I was towed out of my parking lot in which I pay $40 for every month. Wouldn't reason with the actual owners of the parking lot, too, which makes no sense. He's just out preying on college students and Veterans for $135 a pop. What's even worse is I called the cops to report my car stolen, since technically it was, and they couldn't have cared less about anything I had to say. Then as I'm shelling out literally all of the money I have left for the entire month, who's parked in the abandoned bank parking lot conveniently next door? Oh just some cops. What a crooked system Richmond profits off of. Richmond wants you to suffer, and this company is part of the problem. I'm graduating an entire year early just so I don't have to live in this hell hole any longer than the years I've already suffered already.

I parked at 500 Allen for ten minutes to walk my girlfriends dog when I came out USA towing had my car on the lift. He had not pulled it out of the spot so I told him I would run up and get my keys. When I did he pulled the car out into the street. After I came down he told me it was $60 to drop it. Look this up the drop fee in Richmond is $30. I am filing a claim in court because I imagine this guy is doing this to a lot of people. I am contacting the property owner to let him know of the extortion that is taking place. USA towing is a dirtball rat operation.

I needed a company to help me do Private Property Management to stop all of the bar-hoppers from taking the parking spaces my tenants pay rent to use. I read some of the reviews on USA Towing and was skeptical but since signing a contract with them, I have received great service, my tenants are happy and those folks that trespass and take another's parking space are the just rude and I understand that they cuss and threaten the drivers of USA Towing for doing their job. My problems have just about gone away since getting the help of some professionals with Tow Trucks. Thank You USA Towing, be safe out there and be careful when dealing with those angry drunks who probably parked on someone else's property when they were sober.

I genuinely wish I could give zero stars. USA towing towed my friend's car illegally while she was present, meaning that they charged her for a $125 towing fee instead of the $25 dropping fee she should have paid. They also claimed to not have change for the $140 she had to get from an atm down the street. I'm extremely upset that they would take advantage of a college student who can barely afford to pay rent.

Just watched a cop draw his service weapon on a tow truck driver from USA TOWING who pistol-whipped a guy who got heated after his car was parked at the 7-11 for no more than 2 minutes. USA Towing and 7-11 have a deal where the 7-11 employees call the tow lot when someone parks in their lot and walks across the street. In seconds, USA towing is there to ghetto-rig their car to the back, and charging a $65 "drop" fee. Any time USA takes a car, they come back 10 minutes later to bring kick-back money to 7-11 employees or managers. BTW, you cannot charge more than $65 total for towing in the city of richmond. Hey guess what, that's not a drop fee, that's the total fee even if they were to tow. Nice job, guys. Good to know you are armed and ready to use your weapons in very public areas like .. idk, the MIDDLE OF THE FAN!!

Broke down in the middle of the night this past Sunday on the side of Broad Street due to alternator issues. I called these guys because I've used them in the past and not only was the guy incredibly rude to me, he said he only had one guy on the shift at that time, and that he was "off". I asked him when his tow guy was coming back and he said "tomorrow"! So they had no one to help me! If my best friend hadn't been there with his smart phone to look up other towing companies, I would have been SOL. I just looked at their website, and I quote, "You will never be caught without help in your automobile". Yeah, right. They have lost my business.

Overwhelmingly dishonest and lacks ability to follow instructions. We fired him within a matter of months. A poor representative of human evolution.
