      Mobile personal trainer ready to help you. Serving Auburn, WA and surrounding areas. I use a variety of equipment including dumbbells and resistance cords. I can train at your home with or without your own exercise equipment. Or at your apartment gym and outdoors at times if weather permits. If I can find a place to train you, I will. I'm a 7X Ironman triathlete, ultramarathon runner and former amateur kickboxer and boxer.
