ATTENTION: avoid this place! Took a mower in for repairs and the kid at the desk seemed like he absolutely couldnt care less about his job (along with pretty much every other employee I've come in contact with). Was told it would be a week (minor repairs). Waited two weeks and didn't hear anything. Called again and they hadn't even started on it. Waited ANOTHER two weeks and STILL didn't hear anything. I had to call AGAIN and was told it was finally done. That's right, I had to wait a MONTH for repairs that amounted to REPLACING A SPARK PLUG, and I'm not sure how long my mower would have sat in their shop if I hadn't called THEM. Weve all had bad customer service experiences, but this was exceptionally bad. Won't be going there ever again.
