I came in with a picture of printing label for UPS to print off. but they insisted that they could not print it off even though I was in the day before and that is exactly what they did. They said I had to pay 2.00 to have them print it off. I said that it should be a 1.00 charge ...not a 2.00 fee. The manager then came out and berated me in front of customers because I wanted his employees to work for free. I said I didn't want them to work for free but wanted a fair price for printing a label. He went on and on.....I barely said anything because he was doing his venting in front of everyone. I will no longer use UPS.You totally misrepresented my behavior. I barely spoke. You did most of the talking. Amazon said I could either go to postal service or UPS. You never explained. Your clerk only printed bottom half of label without the necessary top half indicating free shipping. The package was returned to me because it needed postage. I believe this was done on purpose? I have always like UPS. I thought I would just go to Oshkosh from now on, but now I am boycotting UPS all together....thanks to you!
