Extremely friendly and professional group of individuals coming out of this office to service my home. I highly recommend them! They took care of the ants getting into my house, knocked down and removed wasps nests--you name it! Their website and app need a little beautification but they are operable. The customer support is extremely responsive. You can tell Aptive definitely makes their customers a priority. Thank you for all of your services.

The New Berlin, Wisconsin branch is a scam. I am a current customer and they have ignored all of my calls and they keep hanging up on me, and wont answer any of my messages and are in breach of contract. I have been very polite. I don't know what else to do other than to leave a message on this website.

Our service pro, Carl Pittelkow, did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, and he did a great job of explaining what he was going to do. He obviously knew what he was doing and he did everything he said he would. Since he was here, we've caught a couple of mice (my wife was overjoyed) and we haven't seen any ants. Carl was thorough but he also did an excellent job. We would request that he be allowed to return on our follow-up service.

Aptive arranged our initial appointment for 10am and Dakota their service rep arrived at 10am. Our previous pest control service was consistantly late and appointment times were never convinient. Looking forward to continued professional service.Don P.

Dillon rang the doorbell yesterday, telling the services he could offer at a steep discount if I would sign up immediately (he had to fill spots in my neighborhood, he said, and kept dropping the price when I said no thanks). He named off many of my neighbors by their first names, saying what each of them liked best about his services...I really hate being pressured by sales people, and when he finally left, I skeptically checked in with a many of my neighbors he had specifically named, and interestingly not ONE of them even uses this company! He even used my name to a neighbor as being his customer. Maybe Aptive does great work...but I, nor my neighbors, will ever find out- why would you lie to your prospective customers?!? Seriously!!

Peter Lee did an excellent job working on both the outside of our house and the basement. He even added the garage because he felt it needed to be done. Peter explained everything both before and after and was very friendly. He showed up on time and we look forward to having him back again.
