I arrived and obtained raffle ticket with a friend of mine and was informed that my shoe would be guaranteed but the size was not and when I had not received a call I inquired as to why and I was informed my ticket was not pulled .. I then asked why would I need my ticket pulled if you stated I was guaranteed a shoe (same thing told to me in Milford Store) .. They then gave me a different story telling me that everyone is not guaranteed a shoe and I therefore advised them that I would have done a footlocker raffle if I was aware it was the same process .. So I spoke with asst manager SARA who did not help , was told to speak with Jacqueline the store manager and I arrived and a heavy set Spanish guy was very dismissive about the situation and I requested a call back from the district manager DAN but that call never came through ... Based on my experience in shoes sales and being a buyer for Louis Vuitton and a shoe collector myself I was deceived and by no means recommend EBLENS ..
