Bought a little 4-wheeler here for my son. It was barely used, and runs great! My wife bought some outdoor furniture there for our patio, saved us a ton of money.

Nice auction house. Lots of parking space available, friendly staff, and good variety of items week to week. I've purchased building material, equipment, jewelry, and many household items there. Great place for young people getting started to make purchases to fill their house up with things they need.

This auction house used to be a great place to find bargains. During peak season, they would have 3 or more rings going - it was a weekly Monday event that was a blast. Then it all fell apart very quickly due to major management issues and a mass exodus of both their best staff auctioneers, sellers and buyers. This auction house is a mere shell of what it once was, and not worth taking your time to even visit as a buyer, and definitely avoid as a seller.

What a joke this place is. I use to go every Monday Thursday . I have sold many items there. It just seems no that it's not ran good. I just things in three auctions and still haven't been paid. They put my stuff on another persons account. They tell me they take care of me . Well been three weeks and still nothing. I won't be selling or even going there again. O yeah don't forget they let thier workers bid on thing to. I have no problem with that but they just grab what they eant and skip over other items that should of went b4 that. Call bbb tomorrow and file . Plus rip off report . If u live in new haven and eant to sell or buy id try aaa. Nice clean place and they don't mess up and they pay u .
